A little something to carry into the week.
Every Sunday, I send a little check-in from me to you: a few thoughts from the week, some things worth noticing, and something to carry with us into the next one.
It’s free, it’s for subscribers, and it shows up in your inbox every Sunday morning.
What’s inside a Sunday Check-In?
Four little things, give or take.
✦
Something I noticed
A tiny moment, observation, interaction, or detail from the week.
♡
Something I loved
A book, song, place, object, quote, idea—or whatever brought me a little delight that week.
⌁
Something I learned
A fact, rabbit hole, realization, or occasionally something I learned about myself.
☾
Something to think about / try
One question or tiny invitation for us both to carry into the coming week.
Why Sundays?
Sunday has always felt a little like a pause between chapters: part looking back and part looking forward. Sometimes it’s a reset; sometimes we’re consumed by the Sunday scaries.
The Sunday Check-In is my excuse to do both: to notice something from the week that was, and to carry something small into the week ahead.
Nothing too enormous. Just a check-in.
Come Check In On Sundays
